 The Fashion cycle is the amount of time it takes a Fashion trend to emerge peak and fall out of style.
        
             It is the period of time or life span during which the Fashion exists, moving through five stages: 

* Interdiction 
* Rise 
*Peak 
*Decline
*Obsolescence

Fashion moves through different stages during its cycle of existence.
  
The cycle represents level of acceptance.

 t  The Fashion cycle of regular Fashion starts gradually and sustain for a longer period of time until their popularity eventually decreases.

 Stage-1 / Interoduction of a Fashion Cycle

  • Designers interpret their research, thinking and creative ideas into apparel including accessories and show their design for the first time in fashion weeks (6 month ahead of the season).
  • Limited number of people accept it.
  • Offered at high prices and in small quantities.
  • Fashion Leaders wear the styles.


Stage-2/ Rise in popularity

  • The new styles attracts the concentration of many people and also the attention of buyers, dealers, wholesalers and retailers by the press, media and the public. 
  • This is when  manufacture will copy the design, and produce them for less.              
               *Less expensive fabrics
               *Minimizing details

  • Mass production reduces the price of the fashion fashion follower pick up the trend.

Stage -3/ peak of popularity

  • Now fashion is at its height of popularity and the style is widely worn in society.
  • Prices will very because so many have copied the fashion.
  • The fashion can possibly become a classic 
  • Simple changes to maintain popularity include
              * Details of design     
              *Colour
              * Texture
  • At this stage, most fashion-conscious consummers who were the early adopters,discard the style because it is widely worn in society.

Stage-4/ Decline in popularity 

  • consumers have grown tired of the fashion, and desire something new.
  • demand for the style decrease gradually due to over-exposure of the style.
  • retail stores put such declining styles on sale rocks. to make room for new merchandise.


Stage-5/ Rejection or obsolescence

  • Though prices are low but people don't want to buy them.
  • The style is considered to be passe i.e, outdated and is therefore rejected.
  • In the last phase of the fashion cycle people are no longer interested, some consumer have already turned to new looks .    
       A new cycle begins a new cycle begins.

  What is Fashion Event A fashion show is an fashion Event. This is a process conducted by fashion designer   . These shows are organized through fashion designer presenting the dress made by the designers . In this event all the group of fashion designers present their art by wearing a dress , new dress, new look by themselves. Events are not just a fashion show, there are many types like concert, .Fashion show, Corporate seminar, Demonstration, Wedding seremony, theme party work like etc.
